Add an Image to Your Gmail Signature

By Hudson S. I. Kattieh
A signature's all fine and dandy in Gmail; it's not so picturesque, though, and juicy?
If you long for an image, perhaps, or a logo to appear at the bottom of your every email, Gmail can do that, too. If you place the graphic on a public web site, adding it to your signature is easy, and everybody will be able to see it.

Add an Image to Your Gmail Signature

To add a logo, graphical signature or other image to your email signature in Gmail:
  • Make sure the picture you want to add to your signature is available on a public web server.
  • Click Compose mail in Gmail.
  • Make sure the rich-text editor is enabled: if you see Rich formatting » right above the message's text composition area, click it.
  • Click Discard.
